Richard Paul Ohrnberger, born February 14, 1986, is an ex-American football offensive guard. The New England Patriots selected him 123rd in the fourth round 2009 NFL Draft. He played college football for Penn State.
Ohrnberger was a class clown, prankster and comedian while at Penn State. His most famous prank was when he impersonated his teammate A. Q. Shipley during a conference call interview with journalists in October 2008. During team activities before the 2009 Rose Bowl, he performed stand-up comedy at Hollywood Improv.
Ohrnberger was drafted by the New England Patriots in the fourth round of the 2009 NFL Draft, with a pick they ultimately obtained from trading cornerback Ellis Hobbs to the Philadelphia Eagles.
